How do I get a price?

Enter a part number in the search bar or submit an RFQ — paste a BOM, upload a drawing, or send the NSN/legacy number. We quote against your quantity and the current batch and reply, usually within about an hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM PT).

Why don't I see prices on the site?

Aerospace and mil-spec pricing depends on quantity, lot, and certification requirements, so we quote every request live rather than post a number we can't stand behind. You'll get a firm price with your quote.

Is there an order minimum?

No — there's no minimum order. Request the exact quantity you need and we'll quote it.

How do I pay?

Once you approve a quote, we send an invoice for that order.

Do parts come with certification?

Yes — a Certificate of Conformance ships with every order, with full lot traceability. Additional certification or inspection can be quoted on request.

Can you handle AOG or line-down rush orders?

Yes. Our rush desk handles AOG/line-down requests, with same-day shipping available up to 5 PM Pacific time. Flag it on your RFQ or call the rush line.

What if the part number isn't listed on the site?

Send it anyway — the print, the NSN, or a legacy number. Our sourcing desk quotes parts that never appear in the online catalog. Paste a BOM and we'll price it line by line.

Do you set up B2B accounts?

Yes — we set up B2B accounts with tax-exempt purchasing for qualifying business and resale customers, custom pricing, and account terms. Request one through “Request a B2B Account” and a member of our team will set it up.
